With more than 20 years of active experience in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)And five world titles in his record, the Mexican Marco Beltrán, known as “Psycho”, takes on a new role as Matchmaker In the Newly Founded Mexico Fight League (MFL). Its mission: Design Competitive, Authentic and Educational Billboards, that returns the sport to its original spirit.
Beltrán becomes the Architect of the Combats, a figure that recalls the Roman Lanist, responsible for preparing gladiators for the arena. From his residence in Barcelona, the former fighter shares his vision:”We want to give light and quality to the project, recover the essence of MMA and offer clashes that thrill fans”.
Beltrán openly criticizes current practices in some leagues in the region, where undefeated records or popularity on social networks are prioritized over real talent. “Nowadays, leagues have been prostituted quite a bit. If you don't recommend a guy with a perfect record, they don't bring him into a fight. We want to change that,” he says.
